Demo and Demo often

Developers who are not accustomed to agile methodologies get a culture shock when asked to demo features, as soon as tangible progress has been done, which if done correctly, it is every day.

The old culture was a to get developers into planning a feature, letting them go away into their own bubble and “plug in” and come back with a solution. Sadly after 1 month nobody remembers the problem and the solution is very narrow as it was not iteratively built.
